Kyle Yoshimura (Yosh)
Kyle Yoshimura first opened Ohana Sushi Bar and Grill in the heart of Belltown in 1999.
Ohana quickly became a Seattle staple for Hawaiian-Japanese cuisine, creative and tasteful drinks, and an abundance of good company.
After watching Ohana become an integral part of the Belltown community, Kyle later opened a second location, Ohana Eastside, in the heart of Gilman, Issaquah. Both locations were proud to provide community events such as Hawaiian live music and karaoke nights.
Since 1999
Tucked into 1st Avenue, our storefront hasn't moved in over two decades — look for the neon sign and the torches out front.
Step Inside
Dollar bills, string lights, and decades of tiki decor cover every wall and ceiling beam — a little bit of island kitsch that's grown one signature and one string of lights at a time.
