By using this website, creating an account, or taking part in the sushi punch card program, you're agreeing to the terms below.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you register. If you're a staff member, your account is for restaurant business use and may be deactivated by an admin at any time, including when your employment ends.

Sushi punch card / loyalty program

• 1 punch per sushi order, redeemable in person by staff.
• Approved photo or social-media shares earn 1/10 of a punch each (10 approved shares = 1 punch), capped at your first 2 approved shares per day — extra shares that day can still be submitted, they just won't add more points.
• 10 punches = 1 free roll. Punches and rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred for cash, and are tied to the phone number on file.
• We review every bonus submission and may decline anything that doesn't genuinely show your visit, is a duplicate, or otherwise looks like an attempt to abuse the program.
• We can change, pause, or end this program at any time, including adjusting the punch/reward math described above.

Photos and content you share with us

When you submit a photo or social post for a bonus punch, or when we photograph the restaurant or its dishes, you're granting Ohana Belltown a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and post that content — for example on our website, our gallery page, or our social media — for as long as we reasonably choose to. You're confirming you actually took the photo (or have the right to share it) and aren't submitting anyone else's copyrighted work.

Ordering

Online ordering happens entirely through ChowNow, a separate company. Your order, payment, and delivery are governed by ChowNow's own terms, not ours — we're not a party to that transaction beyond preparing your food.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to submit fraudulent bonus-punch claims, impersonate someone else, attempt to access another account, or interfere with the site's normal operation. We can suspend or deactivate an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.

No warranty

This site and its content (including menu prices, descriptions, and availability) are provided "as is." We do our best to keep the menu accurate, but items, prices, and availability can change without notice — please confirm anything important (like an allergen) with staff in person.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ohana Belltown isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally; the date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
